Bottom Line: Hot coffee with a gourmet dispensing experience -- delicious beverage to boot. No complaints here.
Positive Product Points

Keeps my coffee hot, hot, hot! I'm not always able to drink my coffee in the morning until my kids head off to school and my husband leaves for work with his (aside from that first cup he brings me in bed). This coffee maker keeps the coffee hot without scorching it -- like many 'hot plate' on the bottom automatic drip coffee makers. It makes me feel like I'm in a coffee shop instead of in my own kitchen -- a touch of the gourmet life while working from home.

Negative Product Points

Don't have any to add.

Detailed Commentary

I know other people have given this product poor reviews, but this one is going to remain positive.  I can't even complain about the taste of the coffee I've had.  Each cup I've consumed has been flavorful as can be.  Perhaps our proportions are different from the other folks here. I'll have to ask my husband what he does b/c it tastes like magic. I love dispensing the coffee on demand. Since I work from home and don't get to coffee shops often unless I've scheduled a meeting, I feel so much enjoyment as I press that lever to fill my mug. Has all the functionality that we need -- the automatic timer, gauge on the side to determine how much water is in the tank, etc. But there is a gauge on the front that depicts how full or empty the tank is ... perfectly capturing the analogy of coffee of fuel to rev up your day.

Buying Experience

$99.00 at Linens 'N Things -- with a coupon, comes down quite a bit.
