A stainless steel giant among oridnary coffee machines!!
Positive Product Points
Extremely attactive coffee maker. It catches peoples eyes. The carafe is a great system and will keep the coffee fresh. Easy to use and it has a large water tank. It also has a really well made coffee grind basket. Overall, the product seems well made.
Negative Product Points
I cannot find water filters for this unit. I went back to Starbucks and was refrerred back to the manufacturer. I've since given up and just run filtered water in the unit
Detailed Commentary
I bought this unit after my long time (4 years) Starbucks Utopia machine finally died. I went back to Starbucks because I had such a good experience and I also knew the manager of my store. She sold me a floor model that had only been used for a day. Unlike my experience with their Digital Italia Expresso machine, this product is superb. This machine is really easy to use and set up, plus you can set the flavor of the coffee.
I've never had a bad cup with this machine. Also, it is esthetically pleasing to the eye.
My only negative comment is finding replacement water filters. I have since given up my quest to find the filters; albeit half-hearted.
Buying Experience
The manager at my particular Starbucks is outstanding! I've never had a bad experience at the store.
