After my coffee maker of ten years decided not to work anymore I started looking for a model that was thermal, not priced too high and easy to use. I live a distance from stores so I mainly search the internet. I found one at Kohls and ordered it. It is a Hamilton Beach Model 496541 priced at $59.99. After receiving this machine I found that there were no instructions with it and the pause and serve did not work. What a mess......took coffeepot out before cycle was over and coffee just poured out of unit. Needless to say it is being sent back and I am now looking into purchasing something else.
