Easy to setup, easy cleaning, easy to fill with water, makes great coffee.
I unpacked it, ran a rinse through it and was making great coffee in less then 20 minutes. My Tassimo sprayed me with hot coffee and grounds, Tassimo refused to replace my machine and I threw it in the trash and bought a Keurig and never looked back. It seems by Keurig's Facebook page that a great number are very satisfied with their purchase. As well the Keurig customer service seems to be second to none with a high degree of customer satisfaction.
