Positive Product Points

My family loves this machine. Huge selection of coffee, favored coffees, teas, hot choclate.

Negative Product Points

None, maybe cost of coffee, but I buy all off the net, pay about $.49 a cup.

Detailed Commentary

Could not be easier to use. No cleanup. Coffee on demand. They even offer using your own beans on some models (I have not tried this yet). Customer service is great, had a problem with a peice that broke, not only did they not charge me for the part (which I would of gladly paid), but they fedx it to me. all at no charge. Get all my coffee off the web, its a good price about $.45-.49 per cup. Also local food store are starting to carry the k-cups. Can also get the k-cups at some BJ's. I have two machines and have given it as gifts to three different people. They all love it.

Buying Experience

No issues
