Excellent tasting cup of coffee with a tremendous variety of K-cups available. The variety is even expanded with the use of the Keurig My-Kcup which permits the use of any ground coffee. A cup of quality coffee is quickly available with no clean up or mess when using the cups. The My-Kcup does require minor cleaning.
Negative Product Points
Absolutely no problems. I use it 3-4 times daily and have never had a problem. I do NOT leave the machine on between cups and maybe that accounts for never having to de-lime it.
Detailed Commentary
I was so impressed with the quality of the coffee I was now enjoying I decided to purchase the mini-machine, the B-30, for trips and vacations. I use an inverter to make fresh coffee in my vehicle while traveling. The cup is smaller and it takes a little longer to brew but the quality of flavor is every bit as good as the B-40.
I think using the Keurig has made me a sort of coffee snob. I'm so use to drinking a good cup of java I simply won't order coffee away from home unless it's in a specialty cafe'. Even then, I don't find it beats my Keurig.
Buying Experience
Bought the B-40 at Lowe's in December of 2008. The normal price was $99 but they had it marked down 10% and I had a free shopper's card worth $10. Total price came to $79 plus tax...lowest I've ever seen.
