Detailed Commentary
So I bought my Keureg on sale for my husband. We made good coffee 2 cups every morning. After 3 months it made significantly less coffee than when we started. I called the Keureg Customer service number, was told their technicians are all busy, they would get back to me in 24 to 48 hours. Right. I got a call and the girl rattles her number off so fast I couldn't understand it.
Start over again. Wait 10 minutes to talk to a technician. He lectured me about my water quality, and needing to descale the machine. OK. I descaled the machine, still get much less coffee than it says. Called the Customer Service again. The technician is busy. Imagine that.
Got a call from yet another technician who has me go through all these trouble-shooting tricks, when it doesn't perform properly, he says he will send me a new cup holder. That will take care of things. I get the new cup holder, I still don't get a full cup of coffee. The machine still doesn't work well. Customer service says it has more trouble shooting things to try, as soon as they get back to me.
So between living my life, that silly thing called a job and not having the time to sit and wait for 24 to 48 hours, my Keureg is now a year old and worked properly for 3 months. My friend had to go through 4 replacement machines, is on her 5th hoping it works this time.
