I should have had one of these years ago. It's great and I highly recommend it. I did demos for this product over the holidays and never heard one negative comment about the product. Those that owned them, loved them and those who didn't, wanted one. Those who tried the coffee, thought it was great. it being simple to use and one cup at a time feature of the product make this product a winner. If you like to use your own coffee in it, you can by the My K-Cup product to use with it. You have 200 choices of coffee,tea and chocolate to choose from. People find it fun to come in the store and shop for a flavor that they haven't tried.
