Decent coffee, ergonomic handle design for small hands, easy to clean, can program. External volume window for accuracy. Good size for smaller kitchen. Easy to clean.

The drip spray has to be precisely over the lid lip or it drips down the carafe to the counter. No alert when coffee is ready, no small batch selector. Time is difficult to read.
Detailed Commentary
I bought this at Goodwill Store for temporary use as my Cusinart dripped on the counter and unsure what machine to buy next. I am cursed with now a 2nd coffee maker that makes a mess on counter, but intermittently. Must be design flaw: the drip spray is funneled to the lip of carafe lid and not the center as most machines: 1 out of 7 brews spews down the carafe sides to the counter. However, good taste, great carafe ergonmics for smaller hands and easy to clean all parts of machine and carafe. You have to bend over to get a full view of time window.
