Detailed Commentary

Unable to find locally, purchased the Krups Moka Blend online after reading their advertising about it's ability to extract more flavor from coffee.  Instructions said to flush product before first use so added water, plugged in, and scalding water spewed everywhere due to a missing seal. Contacted Krups online for help and was told to mail receipt and complete description of problem before they would send the $.25 missing part in two weeks.  So, I improvised a faucet washer to substitute for the missing seal only to find the unit doesn't push steam through grounds, acting more like an old-fashioned percolator.  The taste and strength of the coffee is no better than my Bunn so I'm returning the Krups.

Buying Experience

J&R Music World sells all sorts of merchandise online. No problems with them as long as they'll authorize a return.
