Detailed Commentary
I have been looking for a brewing system that would yield similar full flavored coffee to what I enjoy in Europe. I just couldn't bring myself to making expresso, then adding a little water to produce what Starbucks calls Cafe Americano. However, this system does it very nicely. It takes a week or two to get accustomed to the unique flavor it produces. But the full flavor is well worth it. I would recommend using only Krups filters; third party filters do not seem to stop some of the grinds from transferring into the pot.
