Bottom Line: Brews good coffee, but wait for Newco to solve the carafe problem.
Positive Product Points

Brews a consistently excellent cup of coffee.  FYI, Swissgold KF10 fits.

Negative Product Points

Carafe is not robust enough.  I've had two break on me, and am tired of dealing with it.  Will be returning whole unit.  Even with preheating, it cannot stand a large volume of hot coffee: pop, then gushing coffee.

Detailed Commentary

I really want to keep this machine.  The coffee is tasty and hot; the machine is well-made, but the carafe is a piece of sh#t.  Perhaps Newco will fix this.  Maker is easy to use, aside from preheating the carafe, but you coffee snobs probably do this anyway.  Hell, I own a La Pavoni, so what am I talking about.  Two buttons on the whole machine - on and off.   This is how I like things to be designed.  However, it has the aesthetics of a Ford Focus, and he reliability of an Edsel.  Can't recommend at this point.

Buying Experience

Coffeemakersetc. has p\rovided excellent service, though I have yet to embark upon the return process.
