I own a professional roaster brewers and espresso machine .I used to own my own coffee shop and roasted for others. This simple humanproduct is just for looks .Some have gotten lucky but the electronics and seals are sub par. Just compare next to a Bunn and you will buy the Bunn even though the pictures look great. There are no repair centers but a replacement may be offered thats great until the machines are no longer offered. There is no price list for replacement parts eithier.You will be much happier with a Mr. Coffee though I have gone through two of these they are cheap but simple .Same with the Senseo no electronics or self priming to screw up. TheBunn is a commericial machine that is repairable and durable even though it doesnt look as good as the Simple Human you will immediately see the difference.Do yourself a favor avoid this one.
