Right brew temp. Mine puts out 197 degree water at the brewhead and brews 8 cups in about 4.5 minutes, almost perfect extraction.

Detailed Commentary
After much research I determined that this is the same brewer as the Capresso Coffee Tec with a price point that is half that of the Coffee Tec. I paid well under $100 on a special sale but they can be had for $90 most of the time. This unit comes without the timer and has a glass lined thermos instead of the stainless one. I don‘t use the frother as I have a Livia for that work, I did try it out once and it seems to work fine. This maker has almost the ideal temp and brew time for very good extraction. I have been very very pleased with my purchase and it got me out of wanting to pay $200 for a Coffee Tec. I especially like the pull out water reservoir, it is much easier to fill than pouring from a carafe into a water holder area. If you have been wanting a decent drip machine this one will fit the bill.
