Detailed Commentary
I bought this model on vacation as the house we were staying in only had a run down mr coffee. I brought it home and it actually replaced my Braun which I had for years and had no complaints about. I think this is a superior maker with less bittterness, and more predictable temperature. It occasionally overflows if not put together properly. However, it only happens with someone that has not used it before, and is easily fixed with proper placement of the lid. This model is very sexy and has good counter appeal. The carafe is heavy duty and keeps coffee warm for a very long time. There are no flimsy parts to break.
