Positive Product Points

Stylish looking and easy to work.

Negative Product Points

The brewer overflows daily.  Coffee does not stay hot for over an hour.  Poor customer service responce.   Too expensive for the short time period it worked.

Detailed Commentary

I purchased this machine a year ago and after about three months it started to overflow when it was brewing.  At first it happened infrequently, now it happens daily.  Customer service would do nothing about the problem except give me useless remedies.  The coffee also does not stay hot from the time my husband brews it at 6:30 and I poor a cup at 7:45, the coffee is not completely cold only luke warm.

This machine was too expensive to be replacing after only one  year.  I suggest not buying this piece of garbage.

Buying Experience

Poor
