This machine is able to keep coffee ‘hot‘ for up to five hours (proved it myself). No warming plate. The pot is the key.

Price is a little steep. My son, however, works at starbucks and I got a great discount ($112).
Detailed Commentary
I could not conceive of a better cup of coffee than off my Krups espresso/drip machine. But ... I bought the Barista Aroma (hard to find) because a friend recommended it. The last cup tastes as good (and almost as hot) as the first cup. No lost of flavor or aroma in the sealed stainless steel pot.
