Iit makes great coffee and it never breaks! I have a 70's K 741 still on active every-day use. It still functions like new after more than 25 years of active service! And if it happened to break one day - which is something I really can't believe anymore- I can get spare parts and have it fixed. Cost vs. value ratio is the best that money can buy. Moccamaster may cost a fortune, but it makes great coffee and being amazingly durable and reliable it outvalues any every-other year breaking 40 € Braun or Philips.
