Detailed Commentary
This product's been fairly well reviewed already and we don't have much new to add, other than we bought the new metallic silver model, which looks grand. Should go well with new stainless steel appliances when we re-do the kitchen. As others have experienced, this product is built like a tank and produces fine coffee flavor. The product design is very thoughtful and works well with, much less mess than previous coffeemakers we've owned. Brew time is great, too, under ~5 minutes for 8 European cups, which seems to be equivalent to ~6 American cups from our old unit.
Buying Experience
Boyd's service has been absolutely unmatched. Our old coffeemaker died and their customer service person went "above the rim" to help us get our new Moccamaster incredibly fast. I would absolutely turn to them again.
