Tall machine. A lot of plastic, but what isn't now?
Detailed Commentary
The Zojirushi replaced an old (15 years) cheap machine. The Zojirushi coffee maker looks good but is tall. The height is not a problem for my kitchen cabinets but it would be for many. All of the features work as described and the coffee is good. The thermal carafe keeps the coffee hot for hours.
It would have been nice for the machine to have had less plastic in its construction, but that is just a personal preference for a tool built to a standard that isn't practical at this price range.
Buying Experience
I would have no hesitation using Newegg again.

Still making good coffee. I would buy this one again.
