Too tall to fit under cabinet. Buttons too close to each other, easy to press HOUR instead of ON. Screw-on lid is hard to remove. If tightened too much, almost impossible to remove!
Detailed Commentary
I had grown tired of over-cooked coffee and began to look for a coffeemaker that had a thermal carafe. After much looking, I found the Fresh Brew. This coffee maker is friendly and easy to use AND makes good coffee! We've found it easy to clean especially since the carafe is all stainless steel. If making more than 4 cups, the coffee stays warm for at least 4 hours. We use a 4 cup reusable filter rather than paper and find that it works well. But, watch out that the lid of the carafe isn't tightened too tightly! Ours is almost impossible to remove if given just an "extra" turn. The lid has a sticking point about halfway off/on, that makes it a little aggravating to get on or off, but other than that, we love this guy!
