Positive Product Points

Thermal carafe

Negative Product Points

Cheap plastics and construction, flavor of coffee

Detailed Commentary

I am rather disappointed in this product.  I would not purchase again, based strictly on the fact that the coffee comes out tasting burned and bitter.  I've tried for 3 months altering my grind, amount, and water levels but cannot get this maker to produce anything better than a fair flavor.

Another downside is the cheap construction.  For the price paid, I expected something of better quality overall.  The plastics are thin, poorly attached and the buttons feel like they are very cheap.  The digital display is dated and looks more like an alarm clock, detracting from the otherwise good looking carafe.

The only upside is the carafe - the coffee stays warm for very long periods of time.

Buying Experience

As expected from Amazon.
