I used this exactly three times and it clogged up on me. Three times and then required a 15 minute unclogging using toothpicks and paperclips.
Detailed Commentary
I bought this as a package with the Mochamaster through Terroir coffee. I read the reviews about not buying this package because of the quality of the grinder. I should have taken this advice. Out $200 for a crappy grinder.
I opened it up and ground for 45 seconds, for 30 seconds and for 45 seconds. It then clogged up on me. The company said that this may happen if the beans are oily, or if the pressure builds up in the canister. I ground for a total of 120 seconds and it bound up on me. What? This is supposed to be a high-end grinder. Boy was I taken for a ride.
I would never, never, never buy this as a package through Terroir. I am ashamed I did not heed the advice of this forum.
