Bottom Line: If you have any interest or if you have any doubts, call Chris, and then just buy one. This is the machine that ended GAS.
Positive Product Points

The reason for having a grinder in the first place is the taste of fresh roasted/freshly ground coffee. This machine excells at the taste of the coffee. It is reletively quiet and does it's job quickly. The adjustments for grind are quick. The grinds are consistant.

Negative Product Points

It is difficult to find any negatives, perhaps the QC could be a little tighter, the materials a little higher quality ,this is after all a machine designed to be affordable. This is the machine that ended GAS. I kind of miss the endless researching and comparing.....

Detailed Commentary

The machine is more than I was hoping for. The quality of the coffee is it. The machine is quiet and consistant. Chris Coffee is a joy to work with.
The consitancy of the ground coffee cannot be overstated.  The timer is adjustable to 10th seconds and is preffered by many. I have used the porta filter holder, but old habits, I weigh and grind by dose. The machine is quiet, it has a small foor print, the WAF is very high. Adjustments are quick and easy. consitancy of grinds is high. The machine is quiet, it has a small foot print, the WAF is very high. Buying Experience

Chris Coffee is the best. The packaging job is excellent. The inner box with the grinder and accessories looks like it just came off their shelves. The staff (Tynetta) are very knowledgeable, friendly and proffessional.
