Heavy, doesn't move on counter top as it operates. Easy to clean.
Negative Product Points
Grind not fine enough from factory. (big suprise) Some bean chunks get caught between the hopper and rubber gaurd.
Detailed Commentary
Sent Back after motor quit, decided to get mazzer mini instead. A MUCH MUCH better grinder, and although expensive, WELL worth the price. (if you read my first review of this I apologize, the virtuoso was not nearly as good of a grinder after a few months of use.) Although i was able to get the baratza calibrated to work for espresso, it was a bit inconsistent. Many days I would find myself wasting a shot or two just because they were too fast/too slow. I also started to notice an inconsistency in the grounds as time went on. Even with it calibrated as fine as possible (as per the instructions on the baratza website) I found it couldn't get fine enough for certain espresso roasts (specifically, vivace). All that said, the Mazzer mini has made me very VERY happy. And if I could do it all over again, would have just purchased the mazzer in the first place.
Buying Experience
Shipping from 1st-LIne was excellent, however no help from them on getting the grinder calibrated. EDIT Returned to 1st line and got the mazzer in perfect shape as well.
