This grinder is complete junk. Period.
Detailed Commentary
I purchased this product after much research. I was looking for a quality espresso grinder for less than $300. It seemed that this was not only the best, but the only option. Not true. This grinder does not grind for anything finer than a percolator. Never mind espresso, this piece of junk won't even grind finely enough for drip coffee. I ended up getting a Breville Smart Grinder for $30 less and it is superior in all respects. In fact, the Breville is even capable of grinding finely enough for single-walled portafilters.
Buying Experience
The vendor was great, despite the product being complete crap. They refunded the full purchase price without issue. I would shop there again, but I would not purchase any product from Baratza.
