Stays clean through grind. Matches the Classic decore.
Negative Product Points
Botton on the front seems a little delicate. Manual says you can hold the PF under the grind, I found it messy to use and have remained with the container method.
Detailed Commentary
I was using the Gaggia MM grinder for my Classic and I was always frustrated with the pulled shot. Reg at espressotec hooked me up with this Virtuoso and I must say the Shots have been great ever since. Ristretto heaven......
I think it matches my gaggia better than the MDF grinder(esthetically speaking) and clean up is a breeze on the machine.
I can extract a nice shot even from the single PF which I was not able to do with the MM grinder.
As far as I'm concerned the Virtuoso is an excellent partner to the Classic.

No problems. The grind setting of .5 for 15 secs and 19 secs work the best for my single and double shots
