Detailed Commentary

When I first bought this grinder and started using it with my Newco OCS-12 I was absolutely stunned at how good the coffee was, compared to that ground with my simple blade grinder.  A burr grinder such as this makes a HUGE difference in brew quality.  I expected a change but was not prepared for the degree of difference.  Amazing.  Love this grinder.  It does not migrate along the granite counters like some.  It is quiet enough not to wake everyone else in the house.  It grinds quickly and efficiently.  Love the hands-off timer.  Grounds and dust do not fly out of the basket - they have got the right kind of plastic in it.    Easy to change grind settings.

Right now I am just using this to brew drip or french press coffee.  Not using the precise microgrind settings very much.  My next purchase will be a prosumer espresso machine so will update this review at that time with espresso info.

Buying Experience

Amazon - quick and simple.
