Loud. Dumb timer switch. I‘d say the large bean hopper is a negative, but others may disagree.
Detailed Commentary
When the bean wacker died I went looking for a replacement grinder for the drip machine, and something that would work better with the french press. I am very, very pleased with the performance of this machine in both applications. Very impressed with how little dust is produced - I think that the Anitgua even beats out my Rocky when coarse grinding for the french press. Cup quality has improved dramatically. My S.O. is happier with this grinder than she was with the bean wacker, so I‘d say this grinder is a win-win all around. Haven‘t tried grinding for espresso, but Rocky handles that job. Paid US$70.
