An entry level burr grinder, this one is suitable for drip coffee only. It produces too much dust for press pot, and not an even enough grind for true espresso.

Rating: 8.2
Bottom Line: Great workhorse, can grind for espresso with coaxing. A great bargain that makes you wonder why anyone would bother with a blade grinder.

Rating: 8.6
Bottom Line: A consistently reliable no frills 'can do' machine which easily bests the temperamental high maintenance bean sticking Solis Maestro.
Mr. Munson (quality: 3.0)

Rating: 7.8
Bottom Line: Forget about the noise and the mess; just go buy this thing and use it for the next ten years.

Rating: 7.0
Bottom Line: If you need the basics and real cheap, then get this one, but if quality of equipment and result matters then better shell out. What you pays is what you get with grinders.

Rating: 8.0
Bottom Line: Better than a blade and lets you grind your beans at home.
Stanley Zolenski (quality: 7.0)

Rating: 3.6
Bottom Line: Ear plugs should have been included. I guess if you "had" to have this grinder based on price, it's better than canned coffee.

Rating: 1.8
Bottom Line: It beats putting your beans in a bag of rocks and backing over them. Just.

Bottom Line: Durable and adequate but not the best
John K. (quality: 5.5)

Rating: 5.0
Bottom Line: Good for regular coffee grinds, worthless for espresso grinds.

Rating: 5.8
Bottom Line: If you can't afford a good bur grinder, this is better than a whirly blade.

Bottom Line: My next one will not be this model Braun, although, it does serve its purpose.

Brian Combs (quality: 7.0)

Sheri Richardson (quality: 8.2)
