... but if you don't look at the price and merely at the product itself: - it is too loud: wakes our kids up every morning (maybe a hidden plus) - it has flawed design: the groud coffee has to pass throug an opening on the vertical side, into the gathering chamber. Once you take the chamber off you spill coffee all over. MESSY!!! German engineering is not always very smart, I guess - you can't really clean the coffee exhaust: unit clogs up and cannot be properly cleaned without disassembly. - after 1 year the timer button kinda fell off
