For $50 it's fine for med to coarse grinds on a budget. For $5 it's a gift from a god.

Bought this at a Goodwill for $5 with no lid. Figured it had to be a step up from any blade grinder. I was right and I am still using it years later.I use it on its finest setting for everyday drip grind. The burr is worm down and the hopper has been glued back together twice. I am looking for a replacement but its hard to consider spending $300 when I've been getting by with this thing all these years. This unit will do the job, but it generates static that Tesla would be proud of. If you wait a while it dissipates and you can dump almost all of the grounds out of the hopper, but I have broken it a couple times banging it around. Cappresso sent me a replacement lid for free. Isn't that great?
