Messy, side discharge, noisy, cheap plastic, grinds hot, motor failed after one year.
Detailed Commentary
This machine was infinitely better than a blade grinder (which makes espresso virtually impossible because of the dust), but as for burr grinders, this was the lowest quality.
It was very loud and ground hot, and was VERY messy with its side-discharge. It also didn't have a very large hopper. The grounds bin was difficult to clean since it was so squared and narrow.
I really never could understand the design of this thing...
After a year of use, the motor burned out. Into the trash it went, and I never looked back! haha.
Save your money and buy a Solis Maestro -- I've been extremely pleased with it.
