Positive Product Points

Simple to use, relatively easy to clean, best value 'in its class' of grinders.

Negative Product Points

Loud, Hopper doesn't fit receptor area quite right, grind consistency not overly great.

Detailed Commentary

This was my first 'real' grinder. I bought it a few years ago. At the time I thought I was really going 'high-end'. I didn't even realize there were still 'levels of quality' above this grinder. I thought the grind was very consistent, but that was only compared to the blade grinder I'd used before.

Overall, it's been a relatively solid performer, but not the quality I'm willing to accept now that my tastes have improved. That being said, this grinder helped me to take that next step, so there is still a warm place in my heart for it.

I plan to upgrade to a better grinder, but may still keep this around for day to day press pot coffee.

Buying Experience

Fine I guess. I don't remember where I bought it.
