Positive Product Points

This is the best coffee grinder I have ever owned. When it eventually dies, I will buy another exactly like it!

Negative Product Points

I don't make espresso, so I can't personally verify, but other reviewers have commented that this grinder is not ideal for espresso. That said, for my purposes, this grinder has no negatives. I suppose you could hold it's plastic construction against it. You could also pay a lot more for a grinder made of solid, gleaming metal, but it won't grind you coffee any better.

Detailed Commentary

The grind quality is excellent. The grind selector is easy to use, and there's a noticeable difference from one setting to the next. At every setting, all the way from espresso fine to french press coarse, each grind size is very consistent. It grinds with almost no dust. (This is a huge plus for french press - nobody likes a bunch of sludge in the bottom of their cup!) Some reviewers have complained, but I've had no static-cling issues with the plastic grounds container. This machine runs cool and quiet - as quiet as you can expect from any coffee grinder.
It handles dark oily beans and light dry beans with equal ease. It has never clogged up or given me any trouble whatsoever. I make coffee for a small office, so it grinds quite a bit of coffee - four or five times daily. I feel I've already gotten my money's worth from it. Though it works as good as the day I bought it, and I expect it to last for years, were it to die tomorrow, I would happily buy another one and consider it money well spent.

Buying Experience

Amazon is wonderful. Great price, great service, fast shipping.

Three Month Followup

I still love my grinder, and would recommend it to anyone!

One Year Followup

I still, still love my grinder, and would recommend it to anyone!! (I bought one for my son as a house-warming gift, and he loves it too.)
