Consistent grind. Excellent product support.

The timer is not consistent. It is very messy.

Detailed Commentary

On the positive side it looks good and the company was very good about replacing a part that was broken on arrival. It gives a consistent grind. However, It is very messy. Grinds get everywhere, including behind the bin. This makes it impossible to push the bin all the way in the machine, which makes it even messier, etc. In addition the timer, which controls how much coffee is ground is not consistent or easily set to a particular point, so I have to over compensate and waste a lot of coffee. Furthermore, I have to measure the coffee each time.
