The only grinder you will need to suit your needs - well worth the small amount of money
Positive Product Points
Has a wide range of grind sizes - from a diameter suitable for French press to smaller than needed for Espresso
Inexpensive when compared to grinders of similar quality
No grind powder as found with other similarly priced burr systems
Negative Product Points
The grind holder vibrates out easily, especially at the most inconvenient time of grinding.
Maybe a bit loud, but my two year old can sleep through it.
Detailed Commentary
I love this grinder. Besides my roaster, this was the first time I splurged and bought a piece of moderately priced brewing equipment. I was very happy I made this purchase.
It grinds French press sized grinds to fine espresso grade grinds. It does this without the usual 'coffee powder' (as I call it) that is found with a lot of inexpensive burr systems - you know, the powder that gathers in and around the burrs and in the catch basket. I never realized before owning the Infinity what an effect that the 'coffee powder' has on taste, as well as how much coffee is wasted. This powder too will ruin espresso and French press, both of which rely on consistent grind size. With the Infinity, the grind is always consistent.
The unit is also easy to pull apart and clean using the included brush. I try to do this every time I use a different type of bean, which is once every 3 or 4 days.
I cannot say enough good things about this grinder. It is _well_ worth the money you will spend. Mind has held up for over 2 years now with no signs of use, much less fatigue.
