Detailed Commentary
When I first purchased it it worked fine and now it clogs up and has stopped working. I googled the Cusinart burr grinders and see that there is a problem with them jamming up and that they are not rated very highly. My burr grinder is less than a year old and now is worthless. I like to grind my coffee beans every day for the freshest taste and had read burr grinders were the best grinders to buy. Cusinart is a very recognized name so I thought this would be a reliable grinder and was thrilled with it in the beginning...but now the grinder is unusable.
