we got this machine used for 150.00 not bad for a machine like this... it is super heavy, and even fell off my counter, and is still ok, except for the small crack in the plactic side. never had much problems with the grider. the blades need to be replaced, and are 50.00! but it is a workhorse to be sure, and easy to use, ok, looking, grinds well, cleans well on the aluminum sides. i suppose new was a very nice grinder, i just want something a little smaller next time like a mazzer mini or super jollly. but good price for the grinder can't be beat for first grinder.
