Bottom Line: Wouldn't buy it again. As long as it worked it was fine.
Positive Product Points

I like the look of it
If it works, it works fine
Easy to adjust grind size

Negative Product Points

Holder and lid are plastic (which I find ugly)
Not easy to clean
A little coffee stays behind in the machine after each grind

Detailed Commentary

After 2 years the Isomac stopped working. I cleaned the inside by making it grind white (uncooked) rice. That worked fine for the inside.

Another problem is that it is now impossible to change the grind size. To fix this, I'd like to open the machine to clean it, but this turns out to be impossible (so far).

Buying Experience

Bought it online from a shop in Italy. No problems. (they send it to the Netherlands where I live)
