Jams very frequently. Had to return three times to Kitchen Aid.
Detailed Commentary
I bought this as a gift for my mom. It looked great and ground some great coffee....for the first two months. It began jamming, and required the hinge door output to be cleaned of grinds with a knife. We had to return it to kitchen aid, and rec'd a new model. The new model worked for a few months, until we put flavored coffee in it, and it jammed, and overheated the motor. We returned it to kitchen aid for a new model. this eventually kept jamming, and we finally returned it for a full refund. Kitchen Aid customer service is very professional, and accountable for its products. however, this was very disappointing for a model of this price.
