build quality, durability, buttons, plastic, no scoop?, the manual , the rest
Detailed Commentary
i'm used to a rancilio rocky, I knew when buying this it wasn't going to compare, but having bought this as a present to replace a £10 grinder (that lasted 6 years of moderate use), i really thought it would last longer than 6 days, i would write a detailed review, but after 6 days i'm not sure i can, it was only used a few times, it was dialed in to ground suitable for drip/cafatere, not that it would do espresso.
i was very disappointed when I first turned it on, the button was very poorly made, it felt as though it would break, but required a little more force than it should of to turn on, it then proceeded to spit beans round the hopper rather than grind mostly, which is probably why the timer is so far off!
the burrs are dull and poorly secured, (i suppose its easier to clean, but at the expense of coffee quality)
the manual suggests putting roasted beans in the fridge!
