Detailed Commentary

I got my Lelit 2,5 months ago from lelitespresso.com
I love this grinder, it is very nice addition to my Silvia. I have
used a regular grinder before, not with the conical burrs and I can
tell there is a huge difference in a taste of espresso. Much richer
and flavorful.
The grinder itself is beautifully build, looks very nice next to my
Silvia, easy to operate. Lelit claims it is a step less grinder, which
it is, but in this model you still have to press a handle when turn a
setting wheel, which for me looks like a good feature, because of the
precision control you have over the setting.
On the minor side there are two things that I would like to mention
the chute is made of a cheap looking plastic. I wish Lelit would do
better and invest a little bit more in the look. The second one is the
noise. For me it is tolerable, not a big deal at all, but I am single.
If your kitchen is next to your bedroom and you have to make your
coffee at 5 in the morning it might cause a problem. Other than that I
am very satisfied with my purchase.
I want to add my 2 cents to the previous negative review. I always
feel suspicions if I see overly negative or overly positive reviews.
Life is usually more complicated than that. I choose Lelit because of
its reputation, Italian made origin and because my friend has one of
their models for over 4 years and I could try it myself. Therefore I
was really surprised to read a very negative review about this
grinder. Then I read the owner comment below and everything got put in
place. Some people just using Internet for their own agenda, but not
to help others. It is a very sad fact, and I decided to defend a
really nice, beautiful machine that makes my morning a heaven. Do your
home work and to not fall for nasty people looking for the revenge.

Buying Experience

The order process was quick and simple, and the
vendor shipped the very next day
