Bottom Line: For the home enthusiast, this could be the ultimate grinder.
Positive Product Points

Fork location.  Cord location.  Fit of doser to the body of machine.  Thickness of doser lense.  Noise level.  Very good grind with no static.

Negative Product Points

Not a stepless adjustment collar.  Body is very plain.  Could use some curves.

Detailed Commentary

One of the finest built grinders I have owned.  Very solid feel to the doser handle.  No slop.  The grind is very good with absolutely no signs of static.  The fit and finish are absolutely superb.  After reading Mark's commentary on the chrome version beind a bit too bright, I decided to go with the silver metallic.  It has a nice bit of sparkle and looks really good next to any chrome or polished s/s machine.  The only negative point I can make about the M4 is the lack of a stepless adjustment collar as on the Mazzers.  It's not a huge deal, as the incremental adjustments are fairly minute as compared to other grinders.  It seems shot time varies about 4 seconds between clicks.  Overall, it is an excellent grinder, and a perfect complement to any of the best high-end machines.

Buying Experience

Chis' Coffee - Exceptional service!  Highly recommended.  Knowledgeable and polite staff.  Tech support is great also.
