Bottom Line: Consistant grind, easy to use and so quiet.
Positive Product Points

It is very quiet. It has a timer for grinding by itself, you don't need to keep some button depressed. You can easily see the amount being ground in the doser. It is also easy to adjust the fineness or coarsness of the grind.

Negative Product Points

Once the coffee is ground and in the doser, when you flick the lever to get the grounds, they do not come out the bottom in a straight down direction, but come out at a left angle. Once you learn that, less gets away from you.

Detailed Commentary

This grinder is the first I have owned. The hopper holds a nice amount of beans. The machine is so quiet that you can grind fresh in the morning, even if the rest of the household is still sleeping. The machine has a nice weight to it and thus does not move around while grinding. The timer is a nice feature in that you do not need to keep depressing some button and can do other things while your beans are becoming grounds. It is very easy to adjust the grind to get it just right.  The quality of grounds I am getting every single day is translating into smooth and strong espresso.

Buying Experience

I bought this machine from Whole Latte Love. They are wonderful people. Customer service is communicative, prompt and amongst all of them they have used everything they sell and are more than willing to share their knowledge. I have bought other accessories from them and been satisfied with every purchase.
