Positive Product Points

Speed of Grind, Quiet operation, Consistent Quality.

Negative Product Points

You will need a BIG kitchen !  This is after all, a commercial grinder.  For someone like me who grinds only what he needs, when he needs it, the doser can be a pain in the proverbial !

Detailed Commentary

Very pleased with this grinder.  Overkill for the home...well yes and no...depends how seriously you take your coffee.  Superb grinder for espresso as it is 'stepless', this can also be a pain if you want to move from espresso grind to french press and then back to espresso (no clicks to tell you where the machine was originally set).  The doser can be a bit frustrating due to it's size (it would probably hold1/2 kilo or just under, I only grind that which I need).  I think the flat blades of the grinder are 63mm which is HUGE.  Very quiet during operation.

I was originally looking to buy a Mazzer Mini, but was offered this at a very good price...now if only you could bolt on the dispenser that sits attached to the Mazzer Mini Electronic....

So, built like an Italien tank (only without the reverse gears), Very quiet & smooth, consistently delivers the grind I need...whatever that might be.

Buying Experience

Clifton Coffee are a wholesaler in Somerset (UK), they are not really geared up to sell to the public (it's a hastle for them)...I think they felt sorry for me because I was having no luck in securing a Mazzer Mini in the South West of England, if I were in the market for a new machine (they also sell La Spazialle) I would definately contact them again.
