You really get what you pay for with this machine. So.. pay a bit more and get a better grinder.

Detailed Commentary
The grinds are extremely inconsistent out of the box and this becomes more and more of a problem throughout the life of the product. I wound up with “boulders and powder.”
Furthermore, there seems to be little-no difference between any of the settings on the variable grind selector.
During operation, the grinder tends to shoot grinds out of the sides of the ground coffee container. It is necessary to clean after every use due to an inefficient ground coffee delivery system.
It was VERY difficult to clean this grinder. Ground coffee winds up in every nook and cranny available here, including under the control panel area.
The top burr assembly will frequently become “unlocked” during the grind process, shooting partially ground beans that reach a very inconsistent and virtually unusable coarse grind.
