Detailed Commentary
Noone visiting your home will ever overlook this machine. It is a monster, and it is beautiful.
The grinder industry seems to assume that you either have no clue what a grinder should do, or you are a professional bean-grinder. This machine is at the latter end of the spectrum. If you are used to using one of the typical home-grinders, this machine may baffle you a little at first (the complete lack of instructions will not help this).
Once you get used to it, however, it will do an excellent job of consistently grinding your beans without burning them in the process, and smoothly transferring the ground to your porta-filter. I expect that it will also do an excellent job of keeping both bean and ground as fresh <i>as possible</i> for the duration fo their stay in the machine.
