Negative Product Points
I agree with the first two reviews, a bit messy- I use mine every morning so I made a self contained case so I could just lift it and dump the accumulated mess in-toto. The first plastic hopper I had cracked, when you pay this amount for a grinder a glass or metal hopper would seem more appropriate
Detailed Commentary
Overall I have had good results and am glad I purchased this grinder. I am not an expert by any means on "getting the grind right" but still learning. Between the two QM products I have (Anita) been able to pull great shots consistently and thats what it's all about as far as I am concerned. I am very pleased with my choice of the QM Anita as well as the QM doserless grinder. Plan on doing a bit of research to learn abit more about adjusting grind to humidity, bean etc and from what I have learned it should be quite easy with this grinder.
Buying Experience
Top notch, when my hopper cracked from normal usage Chris had one inbound in no time, I have and will continue to buy from this vendor.

Bit behind in my review BUT .... Great product - in use now for over a year and going strong ! ! (still a tad messy BUT good to go)
