very easy to use looks great on my kitchen country,u can dial in the settings and it really works. it is build like a tank
wish i could teach my kitten to operate the grinder-just talking about it makes me long for myhomel i need reliable caffeine to wake me up in the morning as i am not a morning person-what else can i say. it would be nice if it cost less
i think there is nothing to say because it is perfect if you do not have a burr grinder you should not use a pump expresso machine stick with drip and a chopper

Three Month Followup
the rancillo continue to crank out great expresso as good as the first day. My recommendation clean the machine everyweek with expresso cleaner and use a brush kit to keep the brew head clean and you will be fine. I am using the hot water for both tea and instant soup and this is the best investment I have made-you do not need to spend more money for a fancy machine. nor should you buy a cheaper machine. Also--keep the drip pan clean and invest in a great grinder like the rocky which is what i use!
